About the Shipyard Guesthouse
Who we are
The Shipyard Guesthouse, which is part of the Company Group Heinemann Solutions, was opened in 2023 with the aim of rethinking overnight accommodation in Elsfleth: uncomplicated, well thought-out and tailored to the needs of modern professionals.
With a total of 27 rooms in three clearly defined categories, we are aimed specifically at fitters, business travelers and participants in training courses, seminars or training sessions.
We do not offer tourist accommodation. Instead, our focus is on functional stays with a high standard of comfort, cleanliness and service – in an environment that allows retreat and tranquillity, but at the same time meets professional requirements.

We believe that business travel should be easier and more enjoyable. That’s why we rely on digital solutions that make your stay easier – from contactless check-in to door opening via smartphone. At the same time, we value comfort, functionality and quality that you can feel: good Wi-Fi, a well thought-out room concept and a breakfast that delivers what it promises.
Our guesthouse is not a classic hotel – but a place where contemporary travel becomes reality. Personal, clear, efficient.
Location & connections - in the heart of the old shipyard
Our location could hardly be more suitable: Situated in the middle of the historic Elsfleth shipyard, our building combines quiet working with central connections. Elsfleth railroad station is within easy walking distance, as are shopping facilities and restaurants for lunch breaks or after work.
For car drivers, we offer free parking right outside the door. Bremen, Oldenburg and Brake can also be reached quickly thanks to good transport links – ideal for assignments lasting several days, training courses or short project phases in the region.

Finding solutions - that has always been my motivation
“What began as a diving school led me to Heinemann Solutions from 2010 – through my first water training courses for the offshore industry. With each new solution for our customers in the field of safety, not only did the company grow, but also my vision: a separate location where we could combine training, service and accommodation in a meaningful way. This became a reality in 2022 on the site of the former Elsflether Werft shipyard. Here we have created modern training rooms, training halls, offices and the Shipyard Guesthouse with 27 rooms.
The latter is a real added value for our training participants – short distances, a hearty breakfast and peace and quiet after an intensive day of training. This is also appreciated by fitters and business travelers who are looking for reliable and easily accessible accommodation.
